I started my career working at one of the biggest health clubs, i loved being able to help all of the members achieve their goals and beyond.

Due to my hyperactive personality and inability to sit still, i sought adventure. Which lead me to move to Australia for 4 years.

During this time I discovered Yoga and how it helped calm my mind, body and energetic personality. I have found my experience as a gym instructor and working in a hectic environment has really helped me coach a multitude of clients from all walks of life.

My passion is taking the first timer and introducing them to the world of yoga.
